Van Boone, President & CEO

Van Boone has an extensive career in the computer, printer, and technology industry. Over his 30-year career, Van has served in several senior executive roles primarily with ADP in their technology sector. Some of those roles include Division Director of Business Development, Director of Technical Services – Western Region, and Regional Services Manager – Western Region. While in those roles he helped ADP grow their technology services sector in to a multi-million dollar business unit which ultimately allowed clients to have a one-stop shop solution for all its services. His various roles have allowed him to work with and garner significant deals with major manufacturers (Dell, IBM, DEC, Lexmark and others) along with a myriad of Fortune 500 companies. Van Boone’s vast experience includes sales, service, logistics and implementation services. Moreover, because of his contributions and success has achieved a number of President Club attendances and associated awards.
 
Van earned his B.S in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. He also attended Control Data Institute in Dallas, Texas and obtained their computer certification.

Technical Services Team

Our techinical service team has  20+ years of computer technology and network experience and more than 13 years in system administration, system development, and management of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

We have a strong commitment to operational excellence and an innovative approach to IT problems. We have executed several major projects which include analyzing, designing, and deploying a LAN/WAN in several sites throughout the United States.  

Our team holds CNA/CNE (Certified Netware Administrator/Certified Netware Engineer) and MCSE 4 (Microsoft Certified System Engineer) certifications.

Cathy Eldridge - Director of Operations

Cathy is in charge of our customer service Dispatch, Accounting, and Human Resources departments. She has over 20 years of experience in the customer service industry. Prior to coming to work for Amtek she worked for Ajillon and Eastridge staffing primarily in the role of staffing manager. She always has been involved with sales for both companies. She has a strong human resource background along with some accounting experience.

Tim Kerins - Field Service Manager

Tim is in charge of all of our field service technicians both internally and externally throughout the US. He comes from a 18+ year technical background which includes multiple certifications from multiple manufacturers. Additionally, he attended the University of Maryland where he majored in Computer Science.
